[avr-libc-dev] [commit:HEAD/1.0 branch] doc update

I've commited the attached patch to both, the HEAD and the 1.0 branch.
It's a link to Bruce D. Lightner's trickery page that describes how to
programm small AVRs in C despite of this not being officially
supported by the toolchain.
