Summary:  delay.h shows TODO functions (macro's) that allow delay's specified 
in µs (ms)

Original Submission:  I wrote a small function that allows users to specify 
delay times in ms (very usefull when initializing a LCD). I copied it to 
delay.h. Maybe other users find it usefull too.
