[avr-libc-dev] [Commit HEAD] man page creation

As threatened long ago, I finally committed my man page creation
additions.  Apart from a few things that have already been in place
but disabled by now, this also ships an avr-man script to wrap around
the system's man(1) command, setting $MANPATH correctly.  This allows
the man pages to be installed into their own location, so they do not
clash with the system's manual.
