Thanks for pointing it out.  I could swear I did already upload that
file, but either I must have forgotten to actually upload it, or the
savannah folks have deleted it erroneously together with the removal
of the old avr-libc-1.0.5.tar.bz2 package.

Either way, I resubmitted the file.  OK, it appeared in the download
area now.
