[avr-libc-dev] Version bump: 1.1.90.20041222

According to the release guidelines, the .90 denotes the
pre-release stage.

I don't intend to create a branch in CVS by that time though, as I
don't see anyone would like to commit something to HEAD that is not
yet supposed to go into the release branch as well.
