Btw., your original HTML tag referred to jubal.westnet.com. The
official documentation home is

The jubal.westnet.com site has been serving us well to bridge the gap
when savannah.[non]gnu.org had been attacked by crackers and was
unreachable, but contains now rather outdated documentation.
