This is in the FAQ "How do I use a #define'd constant in an asm
statement?":

avr/io.h already provides a sbi() macro definition, which can be
used in C programs.

Should be removed or replaced with "The compiler optimizes '|=' to use
sbi when appropriate" (does he?)
