[avr-libc-dev] Fuse and Lockbit data and upcoming release

Hi All,

Fuse and Lockbit data in various IO header files has now been committed,
to 1.4 branch and to HEAD. This was the last bit of stuff that I wanted
to get in before a release.

Dmitry, do you still have stuff you want to commit?

Joerg, are you comfortable with doing a 1.6.0 release?

Any other pressing issues?
