Add

#if defined __USE_ISOC11 && !defined __cplusplus
# undef static_assert
# define static_assert _Static_assert
#endif

to <assert.h>. Static assertions supported by GCC > 4.6 and very useful
(especially for MCU coding). Default name '_Static_assert' is ugly.
