Yes please do. I am definitely interested. I presume that you are
aware that there exist a few other packages that do this? Bob
McElrath has done some work with integrating MathML output with
LatexWiki - the software on which the Axiom Wiki is based. See:

But we have not yet adopted any of these methods for use with
Axiom.

In my opinion definitely GPL, but no it does really make much
