Sometime Today, Colin Leroy assembled some asciibets to say:

So from now on change VERSION to 0.2.2 and RELEASE to 0rc1, 0rc2, or
0pre1, 0pre2, etc.  The 0 is so that rc1, rc2, etc don't get ranked as 
later versions than 1, 2...

The actual release should be 0.2.2-1
