Details:
Windows don't move to the front when moving and positioning them. Normally in
other programs (Like TW), when one clicks on the title bar, the window comes
to the fore. In Bibledit, windows retain their focus order based on which
window was loaded first. The first window always is below all other windows.
Also one can still move a window so that the all-important title bar
disappears above the top margin of the window. Dropping a window in this
position means that it cannot be repositioned, even after closing and
reopening the program.
This is another bug that will discourage new users from sticking with
Bibledit.
