It has been fixed for the mail storage host.

It has not been fixed for the smtp host, because when this host has not
been defined, then it falls back on the system's smtp host.

The system smtp host won't be defined in many cases. But that's not
Bibledit-Web's problem, neither will it log any error about it. The mail
just disappears in some black hole in such cases.
