[be] Bibledit-Gtk for Windows

I'm sure most users on this list are using the Linux version of Bibledit, but some of you may benefit from the Windows version of Bibledit-Gtk.  

A Windows version has been built including all of the latest work that's been done in the Linux Bibledit-Gtk.

It can be downloaded at:
