a2ps v4.12 Dos & Windows

Hi

a2ps version 4.12 for Dos
tested under Windows NT 4

It's about the self extracting file A2PS-DOS.EXE 
downloaded at:
ftp://ftp.enst.fr/pub/unix/a2ps/dos-and-windows-ports/

There is no folder extracted, all is in ./ and the names are all
uppercase
whereas the references in the config file are lowercase.

Can someone compress it better ?
So that I could really test it ;-)
