top margin ?

Hello,
Sorry for the trouble, my problem is not a
bug, but after having read few times the documentation
I can't solve myself the problem that I have encountered.

My problem is as follow :
I use a2ps and apsfilter (my OS = potato2.2r2)
and both run fine except that the two first lines
of each page of my documents are not printed.
Specially with the softs which use emacs or vi as mutt. 
I have seen in apsfilterrc a line like that :

A2PS_OPTS ="-X iso1 --portrait --no-header --borders-no -1" .

Is there a documentation giving the syntax to write the
command of a2ps ?
This would allow me to control the top margin of the pages
and perhaps to solve my problem .
