There is a bug in GNU a2ps 4.13 to the following effect:
Under locale where "," is used instead of "." for decimal notation (e.g.
LC_NUMERIC="da_DK") the postscript created is bogus (containing ","
instead of "." in arguments), causing the file to be nonviewable
(ghostview) as well as nonprintable.
Example is attached.
I believe this might be a problem for other GNU programs but have not done
any detailed research.
