L10N problems ...

I'm not quite shore who's to blame for this one.
I'll try to explain.

When I run a2ps with LANG=sv_SE, then a couple of decimal points in the
generated postscript code are being converted into decimal commas.
Unfortunately, ghostscript barfs at these decimal commas ...

Examples

> LANG=C a2ps -o nullC.ps /dev/null
> LANG=sv_SE a2ps -o nullsv_SE.ps /dev/null
> diff -c nullC.ps nullsv_SE.ps > null.diff
