cannot find documentation for 4.13

I have been using a2ps v 4.13 on Sun solaris 2.8 but cannot find
documentation in a sueful form.

On teh web page I went to 4.13 documentation and it told me it could not
find it.

In the 4.12 README file it said there was a postscript version in addition
to html. but i could find it for no versions.
