I printed a piece of perl and noticed it looked a little odd.
Quoted text is printed in a proportional font, times-roman I think. For perl,
I think it should be using a fixed font - say Gothic or one of the console
fonts.
On looking more closely I saw the slant on back-ticks is wrong; they're
printed like apostrpohes.
I then printed a bash script and verified these problems occur in those too.
The bash script has back quotes and apostrophes and I cannot tell the
difference.
While you're looking at these, you might consider printing the hash-bang line
in bold italics, not just italics.
btw I note that some bash builtins, but not all, are printed in bold. I know
echo is an ordinary command in sh, but in bash it's built in.
