psmandup latest release

When using my psmandup with openoffice 1.0, I noticed the
expr error bailing out, which only full rewrite by ghostscript
could fix, but that can introduce also some artefacts in the
printout, so I again re-patched my psmandup to get it work
with openoffice:

Included is complete psmandup and the patch against the version
in a2ps (donno which version..) (with same options like before, most
important is -i option to support inkjet printes that stack 
papers printed on the upper side, e.g. most HP's and similar)
