Bug#424161: Please try to use html2ps for parsing HTML

At [1] it says a2ps can filter HTML through lynx or Netscape.  It
would be great if a2ps would try to use the "html2ps" utility
(available on the Web) before it tried those other apps (since it
is installed on more PCs than Netscape, and produces nicer output than
"lynx -dump").
