[Bug-apl] String inside double-parentheses causes runtime environment crash

Hello Elias,

I fixed the assertion, see SVN version 42.

I am not getting fed up by your bug reports, on the contrary.
Bug reports and improvement proposals are a very valuable source of
information and help to improve the quality of GNU APL.

I am also very glad to see new people learning APL and, like yourself, 
contributing
to GNU APL.

If you look at the Savannah project for GNU APL - 
https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/apl/
then you will see that the development status of GNU APL is "4 - Beta". 
I believe that this
is a reasonable statement and due to that I have allocated enough time 
for fixing the
problems that are reported.

So please keep reporting bugs in GNU APL.
