Hello Elias,
by finished I mean that your emacs mode can be used by other emacs users.
No need to be perfect, but it should work.
For GNU APL 1.2 it would be good if you could provide a brief
explanation how to set things
up for emacs; that explanation could then be included in the
README-3-keyboard file of GNU APL
or link to your stuff.
My current plan is to have a separate subdir for recipes and config
files related to keyboard input
and screen output so that people can set up GNU APL easily. I believe
your emacs mode would be
a good candidate (if you would like to publish it there),
