Hi folks:
Attached is a slightly revised pdf. The revisions are on page 11 items (2) 
Terminal Settings and the last paragraph in item (3).
I think this is a cleaner way to handle the Terminal for APL settings. Item (3) 
just includes a quote from Dyalog giving permission to re-distribute their 
keyboard layout.
