Hi Jürgen:
A couple of very minor things re doc directory:
1.
Making clean in doc
test -z "apl.dvi apl.pdf apl.ps apl.html" \
        || rm -rf apl.dvi apl.pdf apl.ps apl.html

Q: should libapl.html also be rm'd?

2.
