[Bug-apl] Error loading time.apl

It seems that apl is dropping data when loading an apl file.  Log of my session is attached together with all the stuff I'm copying into the workspace.

uname -a: Linux verdun 4.4.0-57-generic #78-Ubuntu SMP Fri Dec 9 23:50:32 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

To recreate this issue:

  1. Move wslib1 directory some where safe.
  2. mkdir wslib1
  3. cd wslib1
  4. tar xzf wslib1-0-0-8.tgz
  5. save prompt.apl and time.apl to workspaces
  6. )load time
  7. check variable time∆prompt∆add_job[1;1]
