I see a number of his github packages have disappeared.  I often use his depreciated (and now missing) akt program to make gnu-apl work without messing with the OS config.

Perhaps we lost David.  I hope not!

I have a copy of akt and I also have an active github account.  I am happy to put akt on my github account if anyone is interested.

Although I do not have a copy of his apl-pkg, if someone does and wants me to host it, I can do that too.
