Greetings,

I was building the latest release of ports/proftpd on FreeBSD 4.9-Prerelease-p8 and 
encountered the following during the configure phase of the build:

The remainder of the compilation proceeded happily, and proftpd installed just fine.  I'm only 
reporting this because it asked for me to.  HTH,
