This is the Autoconf list, which despite the confusingly similar name is 
unrelated to the "Autoconf Archive" project.

Autoconf Archive sent to the Autoconf lists.

The preferred way to submit patches to the autoconf archive is via the 
patch tracker[1] on Savannah.  You could also try the mailing list[2] at 
autoconf-archive-maintainers@gnu.org (but this is not mentioned on the 
how to contribute page).
