bug-bash mailing list is a spam amplifier

This mailing list has really gotten out of control. It does not seem worth the trouble anymore as the signal to noise ratio has gotten astronomical (and I won't even get into all the Email viri I get from it... sheesh!). It would be nice if someone created a civilized list like the comp.os.shell usenet group but open to subscribers only.
