Just a snafu on my part.  The tests work, ie the relax-5-coff.d and 
relax-5.d files both expect to see objdump output without any raw 
instruction bytes at all.

I am not sure whether it is worth re-adjusting these two files. 
Removing the "--no-show-raw-insn" would make them consistent with the 
other tests in the ld-h8300/ directory, but on the other hand leaving 
them as they are makes sure that the --no-show-raw-insn switch works.
