The c++filt utility is crashed on input files larger than 9 mb.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a file (say mangled.list) larger than 9 mb with mangled names
2. Run

$ c++filt @mangled.list
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

This is checked on Ubuntu 12.10 (x86_64) with c++filt 2.22 and ROSA Marathon
2012 (x86) with c++filt 2.21.52.0.2.20110610.
