Not really no. :-(  If you could relink your executable then you should 
be able to change the start address of the text segment.  But if all you 
have is an existing, static, executable then you are probably out of 
luck.   If the executable was compiled to be position independent then 
you might be able to persuade the loader to change the start address, 
but this is OS specific, and outside of my range of expertise.  If the 
executable was compiled to run at a fixed address however then you are 
out of options.  Sorry.
