binutils configured with --enable-targets=all. Then `objcopy -O elf64-x86-64
fatmach0-3true out` fails with the message "Unable to change endianness of
input file(s)" which is Ok. But it also leaves a temporary directory stXXXXX
with files 'i386', 'i386:x86-64', 'powerpc:common'.
