    Enable 2 operand form of powerpc mfcr with -many

    This is a workaround for a gcc bug.

        PR 19359
        * ppc-opc.c (insert_fxm): Remove "ignored" from error message.
        (powerpc_opcodes): Remove single-operand mfcr.
