I've noticed that 3 LD tests are currently failing when binutils are configured
with --target=arm-netbsdelf:

./ld/ld.sum:FAIL: Thumb-2-as-Thumb-1 BL
./ld/ld.sum:FAIL: Thumb-2 BL bad
