Okay, it looks like it would be cleaner if I change the script to use
*(.rela.dyn) when I introduce --emit-relocs to the build. As you say, ld is not
moving the rela sections anyway. I don't think we need to be concerned with -z
nocombreloc.

That said, gold is still failing with the same error when using "*(.rela.dyn)"
