I get an error compiling it:

readelf.c:6210:14: error: ‘filedata’ undeclared (first use in this function);
did you mean ‘file_ptr’?                                
          && (filedata->file_header.e_type == ET_EXEC

But the intention seems correct. The condition you added should cover rela.dyn
too, so you can probably delete that case.
