We need a way to build an object:

1. Without MMX, but with SSE, VEX and EVEX encodings
2. Without SEE nor MMX, but with VEX and EVEX encodings
3. Without SSE, MMX, AVX, but with EVEX encodings

which is enforced by assembler. ".arch" directives may be used to that.
