The following test-case comes from dwz test-suite:

$ cat repro.S
.uleb128        .Lexpr_end4 - .Lexpr_start3
.Lexpr_start3:
.Lexpr_end4:

$ ./gas/as-new repro.S
repro.S: Assembler messages:

$ ./gas/as-new --version
