ld missing import of ios_base_library_init

I use lld and it imports one more symbol than ld. 
I guess it is the reason since libstdc++ does this:

#pragma GCC diagnostic ignored "-Wattribute-alias"

  void ios_base_library_init (void)
  __attribute__((alias ("_ZNSt8ios_base4InitC1Ev")));
