During building libheif for m68k_cfg fails with:
Internal error in emit_expr_encoded at dw2gencfi.c:215

This has been pointed as a gcc failure:

but dw2gencfi is part of binutils so I'm reporting it here.

To reproduce you should build libheif:
https://github.com/strukturag/libheif

for m68k_cf.
