Hi Andreas,

  Is this patch what you had in mind ?

  It adds a -Z/--decompress command line option to objdump, and if you do try
to dump a compressed section without using this new option it will display: 

  NOTE: This section is compressed, but its contents have NOT been expanded for
this dump.

PS.  The patch is incomplete.  I have not yet added documentation, or a NEWS
file entry, or a new testcase or even checked for regressions.  But it does
show the idea of what can be done.
