Reading `man ar`, I now finally understand what `archive` means in this
context.
I didn't quite get that before, and thought it described the "archive" of
sections contained within the object file. Oops.

I have renamed the bug accordingly (the general issue of objcopy producing
non-deterministic output still stands).
