Improve objdump -p output of PE Import and Export Tables

For debugging #31728 #20814 #20880 I slightly improved objdump -p output of PE
Import and Export Tables. Changes are attached. In the objdump -p output are
now both import/export Ordinal numbers and Hint numbers. This allows more
easier to check if the hint number of exported symbol from DLL matches the hint
number for imported symbol into EXE (or another DLL).
