Which works as documented (`arguments not separated by commas').  See
also the comment: `Treat "a" "b" as "ab".  Even if we are appending
zeros.'

Thank you for clarification, I did not notice that. (And even someone else confirmed that it is bug to me. Well, we both should read the docs more carefully.)
