Bison 1.28 for windows

Hi,

I don't know if it has been done already, but I've just ported bison 1.28
to windows for my personal needs. 
Well as the gnu principle is sharing, here is my result.

I used m$-visual-c++ 6.0. I'm happy to report that it didn't require a
single change to the source files, so you guys have done good work! :-)

I attached a .zip file with the .exe and the additionial source vc/
directory which has simply to be copied into the bison tree parallel to the src/
directory.
