I do understand your point, but I'm sorry to confess it is way out of
the scope of the GNU project. We *are* making portability efforts,
but there are some limits where the ratio usefulness / workload is
negligible.
Yet I don't have enough time to answer all the bison mails, not to
mention the agonizing a2ps. Please, keep our workload as low as possible.
