failed tests in bison 1.29 'make check'

Hi,

I compiled bison 1.29 on a sun E250 and it failed it's tests...

the uname -a output from the sun was:
SunOS elab-unix5 5.7 Generic_106541-08 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-250

with gcc -v giving:
Reading specs from /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-solaris2.7/2.95.2/specs
gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
